We allow 3 Wheelchair Users per hour into the attraction – this is for Health & Safety reasons. Wheelchair time slots can be pre-booked in advance by contacting us Customer Services team at WheelChairBookings@merlinentertainments.biz
In order to ensure that all of our guests have the best possible experience at our historic attraction, we are undertaking work to enhance our lift facilities. We have begun begin work to refurbish our passenger lift for wheelchair users and guests who require assistance.
We anticipate that we will be without the use of this lift from July 2018 – March 2019. As such, any guests who require a lift facility will not be able to access our Best of British and Festival Fields areas. All other floors are fully accessible
